Abstract. The book "A Pig That Goes Its Own Way" depicts a pig's "free and natural existence," a rebellion against the animal's loss of freedom, which is the true reality of the educated youth's existence. The pig's stubborn pursuit of freedom and resistance to discipline in its natural state creates a mottled light and shadow against the dark backdrop of its existence. The author laughs through tears, intentionally preventing the language from sinking into the dark abyss, which is precisely the technique of black humor.
Keywords.
